Paul Helmke Joins FourthWave, LLC

Fort Wayne, IN – Paul Helmke, former Mayor of Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been selected as Chairman of the Board of SentryPoints, LLC a subsidiary of Fort Wayne based FourthWave, LLC. Helmke will also serve as principal with Fourth Wave's two other subsidiary firms, MetroMetrics, LLC and VersiTech, LLC.

Helmke served as Mayor of Fort Wayne from 1988-2000. He served as President of the U.S. Conference of Mayors from 1997-1998 and was the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate in Indiana in 1998. In his roles as Sentry Points' Chairman and principal with MetroMetrics and VersiTech, Helmke will be responsible for strategic direction and new business development with cities and private sector clients throughout the United States. While he will be spending the majority of his time on activities for the FourthWave companies, he will continue his private law practice as "of counsel" with the Fort Wayne firm of Helmke, Beams, Boyer & Wagner.

Through its subsidiary firms, FourthWave, delivered breakthrough software and unique consulting packages for emergency and non-emergency management operations for governments, universities, and the health care industry. SentryPoints serves cities, regional organizations, and private sector clients, providing homeland security and public safety software and systems; MetroMetrics provides non-emergency software and consulting to governments; and VersiTech is focused exclusively on threat and vulnerability assessment and public safety software and services for universities.
