Subsidiary of FourthWave, LLC Receives R&D Software Development Contract

Fort Wayne, IN - MetroMetrics, a division of FOURTHWAVE, LLC that provides non-emergency management products and services to local government has signed a contract to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) solution that directly meets the needs of local government. This solution will fill identified needs not currently addressed by existing CRM solutions designed for commercial use in the private sector.

A National CRM Development and Demonstration Research Project is being offered by Public Technology, Inc. (www.pti.org). MetroMetrics, LLC entered into an agreement with Public Technology, Inc. (PTI) to facilitate the design, requirements and development of a CRM solution tailored to the specific needs of local government. A handful of select local government participants will have the opportunity during the R&D project to explore with PTI and MetroMetrics CRM best practices across areas such as Neighborhood Services, Human Services and Business Services, as well as, advanced uses of the Internet to deliver information.
