Subsidiary of FourthWave, LLC Announces New Executive

Fort Wayne, IN - Roger Blake, a founding member of MetroMetrics, has joined our executive team with responsibility for consulting services and business development. Mr. Blake has 23 years of experience in government and private consulting, systems engineering and outsourcing/shared services development.

He holds degrees in engineering and computer science from Franklin University and Columbus State and is a member of the Project Management Institute, Institute of Management Accountants and International Society for Six Sigma Professionals. Roger has held management and consulting roles at Motorola, Ameritech, Cooper & Lybrand, and IBM.

Mr. Blake will assume his new duties effective October 3rd 2003. We are committed to the on-going effort of making necessary changes within both our organization and business model. Our focus will always be to act on opportunities that ensure MetroMetrics is a better place to work for its employees, and to drive improved business results for our customers and owners within the strategy circle.

Please welcome Mr. Blake, his wife Lucinda and their family as we wish him well in his new position.
