Meet
the FourthWave Board of Directors
• Donald R.
Willis, one of the area’s most successful entrepreneurs and an
experienced engineer and software systems analyst, is Chairman of FourthWave,
LLC and President of the FourD Education Foundation and FourD Development,
LLC.
• Michael
A. Wartell, PhD, has served as the chancellor of Indiana University-Purdue
University Fort Wayne (IPFW) since 1994. Chancellor Wartell serves on
the U.S. Army Science Board, working on topics such as chemical warfare,
manpower and logistics and decontamination; and chairs the Defense Intelligence
Agency Science and Technology Advisory Board.
• Timothy
S. Borne, is founder and chairman of Asher Agency, a full-service
marketing, advertising and public relations firm, and chairman of SCH
Advertising and Design. He is an active fundraiser, lending his time and
experience to a variety of boards, including Fort Wayne Center for Medical
Education, Headwaters Park Alliance, and Mad Anthony Charity Classic for
Children. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
• Ellis Tesh
is the Vice President of Marketing for Riverside Publishing in Chicago,
which is a publisher of educational and assessment materials including
textbooks in reading, math, science, social studies, and foreign languages.
He has received a number of awards over the years for his work as both
an educator and a manager.
• George D.
Molinsky is a partner in the Business and Finance Department of Taft,
Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Cincinnati. A Notre Dame graduate, Molinsky
chairs the Main Street Ventures Operating Board, a nonprofit organization
committed to serving New Economy entrepreneurs and establishing Greater
Cincinnati as a technology leader in the Midwest.
